Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • ¼ cup diced bell peppers
  • ¼ cup salsa
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheese, and seasoning.
  3. Add chicken, salsa, and bell peppers. Mix well.
  4. Spread mixture evenly over tortillas.
  5. Roll tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
  6. Chill for 1–2 hours.
  7. Slice into pinwheels.
  8. Place on baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
